Your subdomain is the public address for your online shop, for example mama-mboga.kiosk.ke. Choose something short, memorable, and close to your trading name.

1. Step 01During onboarding, enter the subdomain you want.
2. Step 02Kiosk checks availability instantly.
3. Step 03Confirm to reserve it for your business.
4. Step 04Later, open Business → Domains if you want to connect a custom domain.

• Use letters, numbers, and hyphens only.
• Avoid spaces and special characters.
• Prefer the name customers already search for.
