How refunds work when you ordered through a Kiosk shop.

Refunds are processed by the shop according to their terms. M-Pesa refunds usually return to the number that paid.
- Step 01Contact the shop with order number and M-Pesa code.
- Step 02Agree whether you want a replacement or refund.
- Step 03Keep confirmation messages until the issue is closed.
